Dr. Sudharsan Sivashanugam is a practicing maxillofacial Surgeon from chennai and is the director of our clinic. He has worked under many eminent dental surgeons in India & has extensive training in the field of maxillofacial surgery. He is currently working as Consultant Maxillofacial Surgeon in some of the cities leading hospitals. His special interest is in minor oral surgery, Implantology, Maxillofacial trauma, orthognatic surgery, TMJ disorder, Facial Cosmetic Surgery.
He Completed his under graduation from Ragas Dental College, Chennai & did master (MDS) from faculty of dental science, Sri Ramachandra Institute of Higher Education & Research in the field of Oral & Maxillofacial Surgery. He is currently pursing his fellowship in Orofacial Pain, TMDS & Sleep medicine from Roseman University of Health Science (USA) under the mentorship of Dr David Thomas, who is world renowned Orofacial Pain & TMD Specialist.
He is one among the few doctors who in extensively trained to treat orofacial pain & Temporomandibular joint disorder (TMDS) / TMJ Pain. He has attended various national conference & presented his scientific work in those conferences.
He is currently a Fellow of International congress of oral Implantology (ICOI) which is a prestigious organisation which is world renowned for its contribution in the field of dental implantology.
He has undergone a superspecialisation fellowship in Orthognatic surgery (jaw correction surgery ) from Saveetha Dental College and is one among the few maxillofacial surgeons to possess this certification and is also trained in hair transplant surgery under the guidance of top plastic surgeons in the country.
Dr. Chandhini Sudharsan is the cheif dental surgeon at our clinic .she has specialised in the field of oral medicine and radiology .
Dr chandhini completed her undergraduation in Sree Balaji Dental College , Chennai and did her masters from Thai Moogambikai Dental College. Her field of interest includes general dentistry , cosmetic dentistry, TMJ disorders treatments, diagnosis of cysts and tumors of jaw, malignant lesions of oral cavity , CBCT planning .
